MindaNowRise structures each cohort around practical cases drawn from workplace challenges, daily decision-making scenarios, and peer-shared experiences. Participants work through role-play, guided reflections, and short experiments to convert new perspectives into repeatable habits. Example modules include overcoming procrastination through micro-sprints, shifting limiting beliefs via reframing exercises, and planning career pivots using scenario mapping.
Over 1,200 participants engaged in on-site and online cohorts since our first programs, applying learning in local Malaysian contexts.
Consistently strong participant feedback on course relevance and practical takeaways collected through post-cohort surveys and case reviews.
Multiple modular cohorts and public workshops across Kedah and online, with curriculum iterations informed by case outcomes.
Each module begins with a concrete case study — drawn from participant submissions or curated examples — followed by small-group scenario work to test strategies in a controlled setting.
Facilitated scenarios simulate common mindset challenges: decision fatigue, imposter feelings, and transition planning. Participants practice micro-behaviors they can replicate after the cohort.
Structured reflection windows and peer case reviews help convert insights into personal action plans, with scheduled check-ins to review real-world application.
MindaNowRise is a Malaysia-based personal development collective focused on mindset growth through practical, case-driven learning. Registered under Business ID 164447160152 and operating from Pekan Sik, 08200 Sik, Kedah, Malaysia, our approach centers on translating scenario work into day-to-day behavior change. Rather than abstract theory, cohorts use real participant cases, role-play, and step-by-step experiments that members run between sessions. For example, one recent cohort worked through a workplace delegation case: participants practiced staging delegation conversations, testing small delegated tasks, and reporting outcomes — a process that created repeatable methods for delegation that participants documented and adapted. Another program used a career-transition scenario where members built scenario maps, tested informational interviews, and developed a 60-day action plan. These practical case studies serve as templates for future cohorts and local peer groups. As of 19-03-2026, our materials and facilitation practices have been iterated using field feedback, participant logs, and outcome-focused reflection sessions to ensure relevance to life and work in Malaysia and online communities.
